As said by Faturananda “The first stories I wrote were tragic in nature. After “Dagaro” from Cuttack was published, I began to notice the amusing and comical stories that were included in it. These plots were essentially the same. Using a romance between two college students as an example. They both decide to get married, but there is a problem before the wedding. Their romance had finally come to an end. I asked, “Can there be any humour without these college lads and college girls?” after observing the identical scenario in all of these published stories. I immediately made the decision to never again feature romance in my humour or satire. Since then, I have adhered to this philosophy.
