Sahitya Sopana was started In 1918 by Peary Mohan Academy with Raghunath Pati as itseditor. It is a monthly literary magazine. Articles from the students and teachers of the school were published in the magazine after review and editing. The initiative of the school authority to encourage creative writing through the magazine was praiseworthy. Articles published in the magazine related to language, literature, religion, philosophy, culture and politics etc. and were well edited.
