He inaugurated an exhibition in Sonepur on 27th February 1999. An eminent painter (Shri Padnav Mishra), a fine photographer (Shri Satshay Mahapatra) and a young poet (Shri Kedar Mishra) expressed the same theme in different ways. The title of the exhibition was ‘Millennium, A Silent Enlightenment’. Breaking free from the status quo, exploring a new reality through new applications and experiments, was the focus of the exhibition and the main attraction for the audience.
