There is no doubt that every Oriya feels the woeful dearth of scientific journals in the Oriya language. To fill this gap, the Council of Science and Literature, It was decided to publish a science journal named “Vigyana Madhup”. It is so named because the theory of science, data, and law are honeyed and distributed to the public in an interesting way.
