The physical training method known as Vyayam is intended to increase flexibility, muscular mass, and strength. It is compatible with the idea of fitness and wellness that yoga promotes. Its practise is centred on yam and niyam. But vyayam emphasises physical strength, unlike yoga. Vyayam builds on this harmonisation via callisthenic and cardiovascular exercise, whereas Hatha Yoga focuses on the balancing of all elements of the body. The comprehensive, controlled control of the body is a fundamental idea in vyayam, just like it is in yoga. However, yoga involves the practise of relatively static postures that manipulate the body. Through demanding, repeated movements that follow a pattern, Vyayam disciplines the body.It boosts energy levels and provides the body with nutrition and oxygen, which makes it more productive.
