Chandrasekhar Rath (17 October 1929 – 09 February 2018) was an orthodox orator, architect, painter, poet, essayist, novelist and novelist born in Malpada, Balangir district. Chandrasekhar’s father’s name was Kelei Rath and his mother’s name was Champa Devi. His wife’s name was Charubala. The Sarasa Sahitya Samiti, an organisation dedicated to literature, was founded by him.
