The central government made the decision to have this bibliography published in multiple volumes with the assistance of various state governments because numerous libraries, schools, colleges, and individuals refused to be able to acquire it. Under the titles Orissa Section 1960 and 1961, The National Bibliography was released in the months of 1960 and 1962, respectively.
